1 Position internal extractor (4) on ball bearing (2) and attach counter stay (5).

2 Bring ball bearing (2) into contact with circlip (3).

3 Position housing front section (1).

4 Measure distance between ball bearing (2) and housing front section (1) using a feeler gauge. Dimension "A".

If dimension "A" is greater than the axial play specified in the table, remove the ball bearing (2) and offset the difference using an appropriate shim.
Aim for an axial play of 0.00 mm.
