Removing
1 Drive roll pin (1) all the way into planetary gear axle (5).
2 Pull planetary gear axle (5) out of planet carrier (6) using a bent wire.
Insert the bent wire into the hole of the planetary gear axle (5) and hook it into the oil hole (8).
If the planetary axle gear is difficult to remove, weld an M10 bolt onto the planetary gear axle (5) and remove using a counter stay (10).
3 Remove planetary gear (4), thrust plates (2), needle rollers (7) and shim (3) from planet carrier (6). Remove hose (9) (assembly aid).
4 Remove roll pin (1) from planetary gear axle (5).

Install
5 Place planetary gear (4) on a thrust plate (2) and fill with a little multipurpose grease.
6 Insert 28 needle rollers (7) first, then shim (3) and remaining 28 needle rollers into planetary gear with a little multipurpose grease or with hose (assembly aid).
7 Place second thrust plate (2) on planetary gear.

8 Insert planetary gear (4) into planet carrier (6).
9 Install the planetary gear axle (5) such that the two holes (arrows) are in alignment and the oil hole (8) faces outward.
The hose (9) remains in the planet carrier.
10 Install roll pin (1) up to setback of approx. 5 mm.
