Prepare shift fork for installation

1 Clean oil and grease off shift fork (1) on inner edges (arrows) and seal with sealing compound.

2 Install new seal boots (2).

Observe installation position:
The open side of the seal boots must point towards the shift fork in each case.

3 Coat seal boots (2) with lubricant.
