1 Place range selector lever in position "N". Press back selector lever on transmission as far as the stop and move back one position again (position "N").

2 Adjust lock nut (arrow) on bracket (26) so that the selector cable can be hooked into the ball head without any tension.
3 Unhook selector cable (17) at the ball head again and check whether the selector cable can be engaged in every shift position without any tension.
