Counterhold output flange (1) using Allen wrench (2).

Remove collar nut (3) using socket wrench socket (4) from output shaft (5).

Remove output flange (1).

If the output flange (1) is stuck,

detach output flange (1) using the 2-way puller (6).

Install output flange (1)

Slide output flange (1) onto output shaft (5).

Counterhold output flange (1) using Allen wrench (2) and mount new collar nut (3) using socket wrench socket (4).

Pound collar using a punch into the grooves of the output shaft (5) (arrow A).


There are two grooves on the output shaft (5) into which the collar of the collar nut (3) has to be pounded into (arrow A).
