Remove

Remove outer plate carrier B08 (1) from torque converter housing (5).

Remove seal (6).

Remove threaded fittings (2).

4

Remove O-rings (3) from threaded fittings (2).

 Assembly tool

Remove transmission housing ventilation (4).

Remove O-ring from transmission housing ventilation (4).

 Assembly tool

Check

7

Check threaded fittings (2) for damage.

If damage is visible,



replace threaded fittings (2).



Install

Attach new O-ring to transmission housing ventilation (4).

 Assembly tool

Attach transmission housing ventilation (4) to torque converter housing (5).

Attach new O-rings (3) to threaded fittings (2).

 Assembly tool

Screw in threaded fittings (2).

 Threaded fitting for oil line to torque converter housing

Position new seal (6) on torque converter housing (5).

Attach outer plate carrier B08 (1) to torque converter housing (5).
