Before starting to work on the hydraulic system, relieve the system's pressure. Use suitable clothes and protection goggles.

Remove the closing screws (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) and attach the pressure gage

After having confirmed the pressure check, release the corresponding closing screw. The gearbox has to be at service temperature to enable the pressure check (the oil temperature, will have to be approximately from 80 to 90 °C), the oil level has to be correct and the oil must correspond to the specification.

Checking the pressure

The nominal values of the respective pressures to be measured are corresponding to the determined operational conditions.

Detach the gage and tighten the closing screws (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

Replace the sealing ring.
