Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Detach clamping jaws (1) on hydraulic lines

Detach hydraulic lines (3) from gate shift cylinder (2)

Collect escaping brake fluid.

Detach shift cylinder (2)

Pull shift cylinder (2) outwards and unhook piston rod forwards out of the shift shaft recess.
