Remove/install

Detach compressed air line (9) from bracket (10) on transmission

 Installation:
Check compressed air line for damage, replace if necessary,

Replace seals and ensure compressed air line is correctly routed.

Remove gear shift cylinder (1)

Remove gate shift cylinder (2)

AR26.18-T-2100A

Remove gear sensor (B60) and gate sensor (B61)

 Installation:

Inspect electrical cable and connections for sensors, replace if necessary.



Remove shift shaft bearing cap (3)

 Installation:

Coat sealing surface with sealant.



Pull upper gearshift housing (4) out of front part of transmission housing (8) with gearshift hub bearing cap (6), gearshift hub and gearshift rod (5)

 Installation:

Coat sealing surfaces with sealant.


