1 | Remove the gearbox rear part | Remove/install rear section of transmission housing | |
2 | Remove the lock (1) from the straightened reverse gear rod (6) | ||
3 | Decouple profiled command rod (6, 7, 8, 9) and remove them one by one | ||
4 | Remove the shift selection forks of the reverse gear (2), 1st and 2nd gears (3) and 3rd and 4th gears (4) | Pull the selection forks and the control rods a little outwards from the mainshaft. Loosen the forks from the rods and remove them. | |
5 | Unscrew the selection fork articulation pins of the 5th and 6th gears (5) from the gearbox front part | Installation: Replace the pins (if they have micro-encapsulated thread) or apply chemical lock | |

6 | Remove the 5th and 6 th gear selection fork (5) | ||
7 | Apart sliding pastilles (10) from command selection forks (2, 3, 4, 5) | Installation: Make sure the sliding pads are correctly fitted in the selection forks. Lightly oil the sliding pads. | |
8 | Clean all parts and check them for damages and wear | If necessary, replace them. | |
9 | Install on the reverse order |
