1.1 | Release the hollow bolts (1) from the pressure and oil return connections | Boxes 718.745 | |
1.2 | Release the attachment bolts (4) from the oil inlet and outlet connections | Boxes 718.38 | |
2 | Remove the piping (3) | Boxes 718.745 | |
3 | Remove the attachment bolts (2) from the oil radiator | ||
4 | Remove the oil radiator | ||
5 | Release the attachment nuts (6) and remove the safety valve (5) | ||
| Check | ||
6 | Check the opening pressure of the safety valve (5) | ||
7 | Check the oil radiator general state and replace it if necessary | Clean it, if possible with clean kerosene | |
| Install | ||
8 | Assemble the safety valve (5) | Observe that the safety valve must be assembled with the arrow turned to the outlet piping side | |
9 | Assemble the oil radiator and tighten the bolts (2) | ||
10 | Install the piping (3) | Boxes 718.745 | |
11.1 | Assemble the oil inlet and outlet piping and the hollow bolts (1) | Boxes 718.745 | |
11.2 | Assemble the oil inlet and outlet piping, fixing the attachment nuts (4) | Boxes 718.38 | |
12 | Check the system pressure and flow | System pressure | |
