Remove/install

Remove the propeller shaft from the output flange (4) and put it aside

 Coupling flanges

Loosen the bolt (1) and remove the spring washer (2) with the O-Ring (3)

 Installation: Replace the O-Ring (3).

 Retainer wrench

Remove the output flange (4) from the transmission

 Installation: Heat the output flange (4) to approximately 80 °C.

 Puller

Check the wear of the seal ring

If the seal ring is worn or damaged:



Replace the retainer

Install in reverse order
