Remove/install

Depressurize circuit 4 of compressed-air system.

Drain fluid from transmission.



Remove hydraulic pump from power take-off (3).

 Do not disconnect the hydraulic lines if possible.
Collect escaping hydraulic fluid or escaping transmission oil in a suitable container.

 Installation: Replace seal.

Detach compressed-air line from connection (1) of shift cylinder.

 Installation: Replace connection (1).

 Screw/bolt, compressed air line to shift cylinder

Disconnect electrical connector from power take-off 1 indicator switch (S2).

Remove screws (2) around circumference of power take-off (3).

 Screw/bolt, power take-off to transmission

Remove power take-off (3) from transmission.

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and then coat with sealant.

Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray

Remove centering ring.

 Installation: Replace vinyl ring, if present, with a metal centering ring.

Install in the reverse order
