

Detach drive shaft from power take-off 1 (1) or power take-off 2 (2)

Power take-off with drive shaft

 Propeller shaft to power take-off

Detach hydraulic pump (3)

Power takeoff with hydraulic pump

 Do not disconnect the hydraulic lines if possible.

 Installation: Replace rear seal (8).

Remove power take-off 2 (2) with shim (13)

Only if fitted.

 Installation: Replace front seal (8).

Disconnect electrical connections (10, 11)

 Mark installation location of electrical connections (10, 11).

 Installation: Note markings on electrical connections (10, 11).

Detach compressed air line (12) from solenoid valve

8

Detach air lines and electrical wiring harness with bracket from power take-off 1 (1) and place to one side

 Screw/bolt, power take-off to transmission

Attach mounting plate to power take-off 1 (1)

 Support plate

Remove bolts from power take-off 1 (1)

 Secure power take-off 1 (1) against falling down.

 Screw/bolt, power take-off to transmission

Remove power take-off 1 (1)

 Installation: Replace gasket (6) and seal (7).

Remove drive shaft (4)

 Installation: Check drive shaft (4) for wear, if necessary, install new drive shaft (4).

Remove oil pump end cover (5)

Only when replacing transmission or when retrofitting a power take-off.

Install in the reverse order
