Remove both hydraulic lines in front of vibration damper (2) and collect escaping oil

Remove propeller shaft between power take-off transmission and engine

 Screw/bolt, propeller shaft to belt pulley/vibration damper

 Screw/bolt, propeller shaft to vibration damper

Unlock slotted nut (1) (arrow)

 Installation: Secure slotted nut (1) by caulking (arrow)

Unscrew slotted nut (1) and take off spacer disk

 Helper required.

 Installation: Replace slotted nut (1).
Chamfer on spacer disk must point towards slotted nut (1).

Detach vibration damper (2) using suitable puller

 Installation: Heat vibration damper (2) to approx. 80 °C and attach to drive shaft.
After it has cooled down, reposition vibration damper (2) with suitable assembly pin and hammer up to end stop.

Install in the reverse order



Check

Check/correct oil level in work hydraulics



Check both hydraulic lines in front of vibration damper (2) for leak tightness

 Visual inspection.
