Remove/install shift cylinder

1 Sealing ring

2 Control bar

3 Support ring

4 Sealing gasket

5 Shifting cylinder with solenoid valve

6 Cylinder fastening bolts

Remove

Remove the pneumatic piping

Detach the connector from the shifting cylinder outlet with solenoid valve (5)

Remove the bolts (6) with the washers (7) and lift out the shifting cylinder (5) with the control bar (2)

Remove the shifting cylinder (5), the control bar (2), the sealing ring (1), the support ring (3) and the gasket (4)

Installing

Slide the sealing ring (1) and the support ring (3) over the control bar (2)

Lubricate the sealing ring and the support ring with synthetic grease.

Install the control bar (2) on the shifting cylinder (5)

Lubricate with long lasting grease the sliding surfaces of the shift bar.

Install in the power take-off housing the shifting cylinder (5) with the control bar (2), a new gasket (4), place the washers (7) and tighten the bolts(6)

Insert the control bar (2) in the selector fork and in the body's orifice.

Connect the pneumatic piping

Connect the solenoid valve outlet connector outlet of the shifting cylinder (5)
