Disassemble

Remove the PTO from the gearbox

Remove the shifting cylinder (22) and the PTO switch (S23)

Remove the power output flange (29)

Remove the closing plug (33)

Remove the power take-off housing (26)

 In the case the input shaft (11) remains stuck on the sliding sleeve (32), remove the snap-ring (15).

Remove the threaded plug (16) and remove the shifting piston (18) and the spring (17)

Apply light blows and remove the guide-pin (25), remove the shifting selector fork (24) and the sliding sleeve (32)

Remove the radial seal from the power output flange (28)

Remove from the gearbox cover (1) the shafts (9) and (11) and the countershafts (4) and (8)

Remove the snap-ring (15) and remove the drive gear (10)

Remove the drive gear (10) and the input shaft (11), with the needle bearings (12) and the separating bushings (13)

Check the taper roller bearings (5) for condition, if necessary, replace them.

Remove from the PTO housing (26) the outside races of the taper roller bearings (6).

Remove the compensating washers (7) from the PTO case (26).
