Remove

Remove the gearbox.

Remove the clutch actuation axial bearing and the hollow shaft's support flange.

Remove the clutch housing.

Remove the output shaft of the PTO independent from the gearbox (NMV).

Remove the power take-off (5).

Remove the sealing rings and the compensating washers.

Remove the shifting cylinder.

Installing

Calculate the compensating washer thickness for the shifting cylinder of the split group.

Install the shifting cylinder.

Lubricate the new radial seals with synthetic grease.

Calculate the compensating washer thickness of the countershaft's clearance.

Install the new compensating washers (2), (7), (8) and (9).

Install the separator rings (3) and (10) and the respectively calculated compensating washers (4) and (11).

Lightly lubricate with synthetic grease.

Install the power take-off (5).

Install the power output shaft of the PTO independent from the gearbox (NMV).

Install the clutch housing.

Install the hollow shaft's support flange and the clutch actuation axial bearing.
