Secure output flange (1) to holder (2) using bolts (3).



Secure holder (2) with flange-mounted transmission to workbench using a suitable C-clamp (4).



Unscrew bolt (5) from transmission housing (6).

 The bolt (5) secures the reverse gear bolt.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring.



Position holder (2) with flange-mounted transmission vertically so that transmission housing (6) can be removed upwards.

 Output flange (1) faces downwards.



Remove bolts of rear transmission cover (7).

 Rear transmission cover (7) is secured by seventeen bolts.



Drive two dowel pins out of transmission housing (6) up to separating surface in direction of output.

 The two dowel pins secure the rear transmission cover (7).

 Installation: Drive in dowel pins carefully using hammer.

Detach transmission housing (6) vertically upwards from rear transmission cover (7).

 Ensure that transmission housing (6) does not get caught on shift rods.

 Installation: Apply sealing compound to sealing surface of rear transmission cover (7); time from applying sealing compound to screwing on transmission housing (6) and rear transmission cover (7) must not exceed 15 minutes.

Align center shift shaft if necessary while lowering transmission housing (6).
