Disassemble and assemble

Loosen fastening screws (15) and withdraw lubrication tube (14) together with O-ring (13) and guide tube (12)

Observe tube (12) position while installing, it may hinder installation of reverse intermediate gear.

Loosen and remove pressure element (10) and O-ring (11)



Loosen and remove planetary gear set switch (7), O-ring (8), and ball (9)



Loosen and remove reverse gear switch (4), O-ring (5), and pressure pin (6)



Loosen and remove neutral position switch (1), O-ring (2), and pressure pin (3)

Loosen and remove drain plug (19)



Use a suitable mandrel to remove outer races of main shaft (17) and intermediate shaft (18) bearings

Assembly: Heat bearing race seats in housing to a temperature of approx. 80 °C

Assemble in reverse order
