S16/2 Backup lamp switch

 	Remove/Install
1	Detach lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105FF
2	Unplug connector (1)
3	Unscrew screw (2)		*BA26.19-P-1001-01B
4	Pull backup lamp switch (S16/2) out of the transmission (3)	 Installation: Replace sealing ring on backup lamp switch (S16/2).
5	Install in the reverse order
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns when working in engine during starting procedure	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. 6	Carry out engine test run and check transmission for leaks in the area of the backup lamp switch (S16/2)
7	Check backup lamp for proper operation
