Remove

1

Remove gear shifter module

Remove/install gear module

Remove the gearshift deterrent (1) thrust piece (2) and spring from shifter assembly

Remove the shifter assembly (3) from the front housing

Remove the screw plug (4) from middle housing



Install

Install the shifter assembly (3) to front housing

Install the spring and thrust piece (2) and gearshift deterrent (1) to shifter assembly

Install gear shifter module

Remove/install gear module

Install the M20 x 1.5 x 50 screw plug (5) to the middle housing to set the reverse gear shift in neutral position

 Make sure the transmission is at neutral position while installing the screw plug.
Finger-tighten the screw plug.
Don’t use any tool to tighten the screw plug.

Remove the M20 x 1.5 x 50 screw plug (5) from the middle housing

Install the screw plug (4) to the middle housing

Lower the load body on the vehicle
