Remove and install

Danger!

Risk of injury when disconnect the compressed air tubes which have been submitted to pressure

Wear protective gloves, clothes and goggles.

Remove the electric connector (1) from the gears shift module (4)

Remove the compressed air tubes connection (2)

use only the "VOSS 232" compressed air tubes connection.

Unscrew the bolts (3) from the gear shift module (4)

Remove the gear shift module (4)

Put a sealing product on the gears control cylinder (4).

Unfasten the threaded plug (5) from the emergency selection lever (8) and remove the sealing ring (6)

 Control cover lever (fastening with the threaded plug)

Remove the lock-ring (7)

Remove the emergency selection lever (8)

Unscrew the bolts (9) and remove the control housing (10)

Install: Put sealing compound on the control housing (10).
