Assemble the reverse gear gearwheel shaft (15)

 Grease the reverse gear shaft (15).

 Assembly: With the thread facing outwards, fit approx. 80 mm from the reverse gear shaft (15) at the rear of the rear housing (23).

 The reverse gear gearwheel (30) and the needle bearing are to be positioned precisely.

 Clean the sealing surfaces and apply sealing compound.

 Lightly turn the input shaft (7).

Support the counter shaft (6) on the output side (arrow) on the supporting bracket (40)

 Support with a metal part approximately 95 mm long (eg. a screw with a minimum Ø 14 mm).

 Install the ball bearing (5) against stop inside the front housing (26).

 If necessary install a new lock-ring (4) of another thickness.
