5 Guide rollers

6 Bushings

7 Locking rings

Removal

Transmission removal

Remove clutch release bearing (1)

Remove screw (2) and withdraw clutch fork (3)

Inspect

Check bushings (6) on support shaft (4) and guide rollers (5) for wear and damage

If necessary, replace clutch fork (3) or disassemble clutch fork (3) and replace damaged components.

Grease contact areas (arrow) lightly.

Install clutch fork (3) and tighten screws (2)
