Remove the gearbox

In the gearboxes 715.054/064 and 712.650.

In accordance with the existing access space and to the conditions permitted by the body, remove the engine:



In the engines and 923 in models 950.5 /6; 952.5 /6; 953.6 and 954.5.

In the engines 541.920- 927; 542.920- 923/925 and 926 in the models 950 and 954.

Remove the clutch actuation fork (2).

Check

Check the soft movement of the clutch fork actuation (2).

If any abnormal condition exist:



Disassemble the clutch actuation fork, replace components necessary to have it working softly. During the assemblage, lubricate softly all the mobile components (indicated by the arrows).

Install

Install the clutch actuation fork (2).

Pay attention to the torques specified to fasten the clutch actuation fork's bolts tp the gearbox:



Install the gearbox.
