Remove cover (5)

To do so, remove retaining clips (6).

Remove support (7, 8)

Remove air duct segments (9) in the upper area of the cooler (4)

Do not remove air duct segments (9).

Remove charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler

Disconnect electrical connection from electric fan (M91)

Remove cover (10)

To do this, remove screw/bolts (11).

Remove bracket on bumper

Do not remove bumper.

Remove coolant hoses from cooler

Do not remove coolant hoses.

Remove electric fan (M91) with fan cowl (3)

To do this unlock locks (1) and unhook electric fan (M91) with fan cowl (3) from cooler (4). The electric fan (M91) and fan cowl (3) create a unit.

Installation: Ensure correct seating of fan cowl (3) in the mounts (2) and in the shackles.
