Danger! | Risk of personal and material damages when tilting and returning the vehicle cab. | Be sure the cab tilting and returning area is clear of objects and people. Tilt the cab until the safety rod latches in the final position. Return the cab up to its correct latching in the operating position. | |
1 | Cab tilting. | ||
2 | Immobilize the coolant pump pulley with the blocking device (1). | | |
3 | Unscrew the center bolt (4) of the hydrodynamic coupling of the fan (2) . | ||
4 | Unscrew the bolts fastening the fan shroud to the radiator. | ||
| Before removing the fan (5) from the coupling (2), mark its assembly position. | ||
5 | Remove the hydrodynamic fan coupling (2) together with the fan shroud. | The fan removal is only possible with the removal of the fan shroud. | |
6 | Remove the fan blades (5) from the hydrodynamic coupling (2). | Store the hydrodynamic fan coupling only in vertical position, never store it in horizontal position. | |

7 | Install in reverse order. |
