2 Screw clamp

3 Charge air hose

8 Mixed air housing bottom part

9 Hose clamp

10 Exhaust gas recirculation cooler

4 Bolts

5 Mixed air housing top section

6 Screw clamp

7 Charge air hose

 	Remove/install
1	Drain coolant		AR20.00-P-1142MCD
2	Lower vehicle with lifting platform
3	Remove interior flap above engine		AR88.40-P-1100-03MCC
4	Loosen screw clamp (2) and remove charge air hose (3) on charge air cooler ()
5	Remove bolts (4) on mixed air housing top section (5)		*BA14.20-P-1004-01E
6	Loosen screw clamp (6), remove charge air hose (7) on charge air manifold and remove mixed air housing top section (5)	 Replace seal between mixed air housing top part (5) and mixed air housing bottom part (8).
7	Loosen clamps (9) and detach exhaust gas recirculation feed line coolant line (1) from coolant thermostat and from exhaust gas recirculation cooler (10)	 Installation: Replace clamps (9) for exhaust gas recirculation feed line coolant line (1).

8	Install in the reverse order
