Remove and install
1 Disconnect hoses (10 and 11) from tube (7).
Installation: Check condition of hoses (10 and 11) and clamps, replace as necessary.
2 Remove screws (3) fastening air tube (4) to support (2) and screws (1) fastening support (2) to the engine block.
Installation: Tighten screws (1 and 3) to specified torque.
3 Remove screw (5) and support (2).
Installation: Tighten screw (5) to specified torque.
4 Remove screw (6) fastening support (9) and tube (7) to water pump.
Installation: Tighten screw (6) to specified torque.
5 Remove tube (7) and gasket (8).
Installation: Clean all water pump and tube (7) sealing surfaces and replace gasket (8).
6 Install in reverse order.
