Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Drain off coolant.

Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) from the coolant pump (1).

Remove coolant lines (4, 5) from the coolant pump (1).

Seal opening on the coolant lines (4, 5) and coolant pump (1) with protective covers.

Remove screw (3) .

Unhook bracket (6.2) from the bracket (6.1) and remove.

Remove coolant pump (1) from the bracket (6.1).

 Installation: Align coolant pump (1) with the coolant lines (4, 5).

Install in the reverse order.

Read out and delete fault memory.

If the coolant pump (1) is replaced.


