6 Cylinder crankcase

7 Sealing ring

Remove/install

Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Loosen bolts (1) on belt pulley (2)

Remove poly-V belt (4)

Unscrew bolts (1) on belt pulley (2)

Remove belt pulley (2) on coolant pump (3)

Unscrew bolts (5) on coolant pump (3)

Remove coolant pump (3)

Installation: Replace seal (7). Clean sealing surfaces.

Install in the reverse order

Checking

Check for leaks
