Install a guard plate for radiator/condenser



Remove guide pulleys (1)

Detach coolant hoses (4, 5) on coolant pump (2)

 Installation: Check coolant hoses (4, 5) and hose clamps, replace if necessary.

Unscrew bolts of coolant pump (2) at timing case cover



Remove coolant pump (2)

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new gasket.

Unscrew bolts of coolant pump belt pulley (3) and remove coolant pump belt pulley (3)

 Only when replacing the coolant pump (2).


