Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Approx. Drain 3 l of coolant.

Unscrew screw (1) and remove nut (2).

Lift out heat shield (3) upwards.

Installation: Ensure that clamps are seated correctly at bottom of heat shield (3).

Remove couplings (4) of coolant lines from shutoff valve (5).

Seal couplings (4) with suitable protective covers.

Unclip shutoff valve (5) from holder and remove.

Install in the reverse order.
