Remove/install

Remove the oil filter housing with the heat exchanger.

Release and disconnect electrical connector at shutoff valve of oil spray nozzles (Y131) .

Remove oil spray nozzle shut off valve(Y131) and collect escaping engine oil using a rag.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring.

Seal opening with suitable stop plug.

 Record plug

Install in the reverse order.
