| Remove and install | ||
1 | Remove disposable oil filter (2) | If necessary, use appropriate tool for removal. | |
Install: The new filter must be tighten manually. | |||
2 | Remove hollow screw (11), apart connection (9) and remove the sealing washers (10) | Install: Use new sealing washers (10). | |
3 | Remove nipple connection(12) | | |
4 | Remove valve spring (8) and security valve (7) | Install: Check the security valve opening values. | |
5 | Remove plug (4) and sealing washer (5) | ||
6 | Remove nipple connection (6) | ||
7 | Remove screws (14) and head (1) | | |
8 | Remove the gasket (3) | Install: Clean contact surfaces perfectly and install new gasket. | |
9 | Wash all parts and dry them with compressed air | ||
10 | Install in reverse order | Install: When starting the engine, make it turn through the starter engine until oil pressure is reestablished in the lubrication system. Do not trigger the starter engine for more than 10 seconds, in case the oil pressure is not reestablished within this period, wait 30 seconds for the starter engine to cool down. Then repeat operation. | |
11 | Work engine and check system tightness | ||
12 | Check oil level on the dipstick | Complete oil quantity if necessary. |
