| Remove and install | ||
1 | Remove the plug (4) and allow the oil to drain | | |
2 | Unscrew the bolt (2.1) and remove the filter housing (2) with the filtering element (2.2) | Install: Fill the filter housing with the specified oil. | |
3 | Remove from the housing (2) the filtering element (2.2) | Install: Use a new filtering element . | |
4 | Remove the sealing ring (2.4) from the housing | Install: Use a new sealing ring. | |
5 | Remove the hollow bolt (11), the sealing washers (10) and put away the tubes (13) | Install: Use new sealing washers (10). | |
6 | Remove the connection nipple (12) and the sealing ring (12.1) | | |
7 | Remove the valve spring (8) and the safety valve (7) | Install: Control the safety valve values. | |
8 | Remove the connection nipple (6) and the sealing ring (6.1) | ||
9 | Remove the bolts (14) and remove the head (1) | | |
10 | Remove the joint (3) | Install: Clean perfectly the contact surfaces and install a new joint. | |
11 | Clean all the components and dry them with compressed air | ||
12 | Install in reverse order | Install: When actuating the engine, allow it to rotate by the starter until the oil pressure in the lubrication circuit is reestablished. Do not actuate the starter for more than 10 seconds, if the oil pressure is not reestablished within this interval, wait 30 seconds to cool the starter. Then repeat the operation. |
