Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Open the connector lock (1)

 Press the two ends of the connector lock (1), one against the other as indicated by the arrow, until he realized that the connectors (2) are free to be removed.

Remove the connectors (2)

Seal AdBlue line with clips to prevent AdBLue leakage

Remove the electric connector of the level sensor (3)

 Turn the electric connector of the level sensor (3) counterclockwise until it is automatically released from the level sensor (4).

Remove the level sensor (4)

 Installation: Turn the level sensor (4) counterclockwise, as indicated by the arrow.

 Installation: Pay attention that the sealing ring be correctly positioned between the level sensor (4) and the AdBlue reservoir.

Install on the reverse order
