2 | Turn off the battery master switch | ||
3 | Open the access cover | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury on skin and eyes, from burns caused by overheated coolant steam or liquid. Risk of poisoning by ingestion of coolant | Open the cooling system only when the temperature is below 90 °C. Open the cap slowly and let the excess pressure out. Do not put coolant in containers for beverages. Utilize gloves, appropriate clothing and protection glasses. | |
4 | Relieve the cooling system pressure | ||

5 | Loosen the electric connection (7) | Install: replace the plastic cable tier. | |
6 | Remove coolant pipe clamp (2,6) | | |
7 | Loosen the pipes (2, 6) of the heating valve (8) | Store the coolant in a suitable container. | |
Install: after installing the heating valve (8), return the caught coolant to the cooling system. | |||
8 | Remove the heating valve from the reservoir (8) | | |
9 | Install in reverse order | ||
10 | Check the coolant pipes (2, 6) for tightness | Just visual inspection. |
