Follow the below work steps only for vehicles with CODE (HV1) AdBlue heating

 	Remove/install
 Warning	Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue	Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system. 1	Turn off ignition

2	Turn off the battery master switch
3	Open the access cover
 Warning	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
4	Relieve the cooling system pressure

5	Loosen the electrical connection (3)	 Installation: replace the plastic cable tier.
6	Choke the coolant lines (4,7) using the clamp (5)	 Clamp	*000589543700
7	Loosen the coolant line (4,7) from the heating valve (8)
8	Remove the heating valve from the reservoir (8)	 .SCR tank heating solenoid valve on support	*BA14.40-B-1012-02B
9	Install in reverse order
10	Check the coolant line (4,7) for leak tightness	 Just visual inspection.
