Danger!

Risk of burns and scalding while working on AdBlue pipes and components connected to them. Risk of injury on skin and eyes at contact with AdBlue. Risk of poisoning from swallowing AdBlue

Only catch AdBlue in appropriate containers. Only start working on the exhaust gas after-treatment system after relieving the pressure.

Remove the valve protection cap on valve (6)

Empty the pressure reservoir (4)

Installing Press the valve (6), until the pressure reservoir (4) is completely empty.

Remove the cover of housing (7) with the pressure reservoir (4)

Installing

Clean and check the cover of the housing (7) with the pressure reservoir (4), as well as the pressure reservoir (3) for damages

If necessary, replace the cover of the housing (7) with the pressure reservoir (4).

Install the cover of the housing (7) with the pressure reservoir (4)

Installing Clean the contact surfaces of the O-ring (5), with a damp cloth. Before assembling, apply a thin coating of MB silicone grease on the O-ring.

Utilize as a sliding agent the prescribed MB silicone grease. The application of silicone grease has to be extremely moderate, otherwise damage may occur in the exhaust gas after-treatment system.

Charge the pressure reservoir (4) with compressed air

Charge the AdBlue pressure accumulator
