Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Remove the accumulator blowing valve cover (6)

Empty the pressure reservoir (4)

Installation: Press the accumulator blowing valve (6) until pressure reservoir (4) is fully empty.

Remove the housing cover (7) with the pressure reservoir (4)

Install

Clean and check damage to the cover housing (7) with pressure reservoir (4), as well as the pressure reservoir shell (3)

If necessary, replace the housing cover (7) with the pressure reservoir (4).

Install the housing cover (7) with the pressure reservoir (4)

Installation: Clean the contact surfaces of the O-Ring (5) with a damp cloth. Prior to assembly, apply a thin layer of MB silicone grease to the O-Ring (5).

Inflate the pressure reservoir (4) with compressed air

Fill AdBlue pressure reservoir
