Risk of burns and scalding while working on AdBlue pipes and on components connected to them. Risk of injury on skin and eyes at contact with AdBlue. Risk of poisoning from swallowing AdBlue

Only catch AdBlue in appropriate containers. Only start working on the exhaust gas after-treatment system after relieving the pressure.

Remove the injection pipe (3).

Remove the heat shield plate (4) on the turbocharger

Remove the injection nozzle (2)

Suitably seal the openings.

Installing

Install the injection nozzle (2)

Before installing, check the injection nozzle (2) and the supporting surface on the opening of the engine brake throttle for foreign matter and debris.

Install the heat shield plate (4) on the turbocharger

Install the new injection pipe (3)

The injection pipe (3) has to be replaced whenever removed.
