Remove/install

Remove upper engine cover

Disconnect electrical lines (1) on the respective EGR pressure sensor 1 (B5/5) or EGR pressure sensor 2 (B5/6)

Remove pressure sensor 1 (B5/5) or pressure sensor 2 (B5/6) on exhaust gas recirculation valve (Y27/1)

Sensor to exhaust gas recirculation valve

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory with STAR DIAGNOSIS and delete if necessary
