Remove/install

Remove screw (3).

 Screw, exhaust gas recirculation differential pressure sensor to air intake line

Release and disconnect electrical connector (2).

Open clamps (5), remove hoses (4) from pressure lines (6), and remove exhaust gas recirculation differential pressure sensor (1).


When you reuse exhaust gas recirculation differential pressure sensor (1), hoses (4) must not be removed from exhaust gas recirculation differential pressure sensor (1).
Otherwise, crack formation will occur on the exhaust gas recirculation differential pressure sensor (1).

 Installation: Replace clamps (5).
Install hoses(4) free of tension.

Seal openings with suitable stop plug.

 Record plug

Remove hoses (4) from exhaust gas recirculation differential pressure sensor (1).

When installing a new exhaust gas recirculation differential pressure sensor (1).

Check hoses (4).

If damage is identifiable:



Replace hoses (4) and exhaust gas recirculation differential pressure sensor (1).

Install in the reverse order.

Read out and delete fault memory.


