 	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition
2	Open engine hood		AR88.40-P-1000V
3	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150V
4	Remove intake manifold		AR09.20-P-1310V
5	Remove wideband silencer		AR09.41-P-6825V
6	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-P-1202V
Danger!	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
7	Raise vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000V
8	Remove lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105V
9	Unscrew bolts (1) and remove and remove intake muffler (2) from compressor (3)	Intake muffler to supercharger	*BA09.50-P-1004-01C
		Bolt of intake muffler to oil filter housing	*BA09.50-P-1006-01C
10	Disconnect electrical plug connector (4) on recirculated air flap actuator (M16/7) and hang line on clamp (5)
11	Unscrew bolt (6) of compressor (3) from engine mount		*BA09.50-P-1002-01C
12	Lower vehicle
13	Detach ground line (7) from vehicle body
14	Remove compressor (3) from timing case cover by unscrewing bolts (8)		*BA09.50-P-1001-01C
15	Remove compressor (3) together with inlet and pressure fittings (9) upwards
16.1	Remove inlet and pressure fittings (9) from compressor (3)	When replacing the compressors (3)	AR09.50-P-8841V
17.1	Remove recirculated air flap actuator (M16/7) from compressor (3)	When replacing the compressors (3)	AR09.50-P-8843V
18	Install in the reverse order
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
19	Carry out engine test run and check fuel system for leaks
