Remove, Install

Remove top section of charge air distribution pipe

Disconnect engine wiring harness on vehicle side

Remove bracket (3) at bottom part of charge air distribution pipe (1)

Detach fuel pressure sensor at bracket (3) and place to the side

Release fuel lines from the fixtures (arrows) at bottom part of charge air distribution pipe (1)

Intake manifold with inlet port shutoff

Remove/install oil-water heat exchanger

Detach bottom part of charge air distribution pipe (1) at cylinder head

Run engine wiring harness through the opening at the bottom part of the charge air distribution pipe.

Installation: Check gaskets (5), install new gaskets if necessary.

Install in the reverse order
