Remove the charge air tubes (4)

Remove the coolant intake tubes from the exhaust gas recirculation

Remove the coolant return tubes from the exhaust gas recirculation

Unscrew the gas recirculation bolt (6) from the support of the exhaust gas cooler at the charge air manifold (3)

Unfasten the engine wiring harness (1) at the supercharge air combined sensor (temperature, pressure) (B111) and detach it

Unscrew the bolts (8) and remove the charge air manifold (3) from the head

install: Clean the sealing surfaces, replace the gaskets (5) and pay attention to the installation position.

Remove the supercharge air combined sensor (temperature, pressure) (B111)

Only if the charge air manifold (3) is replaced.

Install in reverse order
