Conduct boost pressure test with STAR DIAGNOSIS

Inspect

Inspect charge air lines and charge air cooler between turbocharger and cylinder head for damage and leaks

 Clean dirty parts. Run engine at governed speed for approx. 2 - 3 minutes.

Increase set parameter for stationary speed limit with STAR DIAGNOSIS

Only on engines fitted with stationary speed limit.
Note new stationary speed limit entered.

Increase set parameter for engine to
4000 rpm.

 After the test: Set parameter back to stationary speed limit with STAR DIAGNOSIS.
