Remove/install

Remove charge air cooler.

Remove bolts (1).

Bolt, solenoid valve to charge air cooler

Remove the overrun mode bypass air switchover valve (Y101) and seal the opening on the charge air cooler with suitable stop plugs.

Installation: Replace seal.

Install in the reverse order.
